The Central Board of the Indonesian Notary Association issued a news release on activities (10/6/25) to commemorate the 117th Anniversary of the Central Board of the Indonesian Notary Association (PP INI). The activity, with the theme NOTARACE, is a mass sports activity, combined with legal education and real action of community service. This event will take place in the Car Free Day area of Bekasi City, Summarecon Bekasi City, Indonesia, on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at 06.00-12.00 WIB. Carrying the spirit of “Healthy, Smart, and Caring for the Law”, NOTARACE is not just a sporting event, but also a strategic momentum to strengthen the existence of the notary profession in society, and to emphasize the new face of the organization, that is active, inclusive, and relevant to the times.
NOTARACE will be attended by around 2,500-3,500 participants, consisting of notaries, extraordinary members (ALB), and the general public. Activities include:
1. Fun Walk 2.5K, Fun Race SK and 10K
2. Zumba and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs or UMKM Bazaar
3. Free Health Check (Mini MCU) for the first 200 participants
4. “Hallo Not” Legal Consultation Booth
5. Socialization and legal education from the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights, regarding the form of business entities, such as Social Enterprises and Individual Companies.
6. Free assistance in establishing 117 individual enterprises, in collaboration with DPMPTSP Bekasi City Government
The winner of the running race will receive the Bekasi Mayor’s trophy and cash (for the general category), as well as the PP-INI General Chairman’s trophy (for the notary category). There are also attractive door prizes for all participants. According to PP-INI Chairman, Dr. H. Irfan Ardiansyah, S.H., LL.M. Sp.N, this celebration is part of a collective step to create a new history in the organization both for notaries and Extraordinary Members (ALB) as the next generation. “NOTARACE is a symbol of the new movement of the notary organization moving together, living together, and building legal awareness collectively. This is an era of collaboration, innovation, and openness in the notary profession. We also direct this momentum to strengthen the loyalty and involvement of Extraordinary Members (ALB) as the next generation of the notary profession. We want to present a fresh and positive atmosphere, which can strengthen solidarity and rekindle the spirit of togetherness among all members,” he added. The public is invited to attend and take part in NOTARACE an energetic celebration that unites education, sports, and social service.
